The architectural firm of Hanes Menser was formed in 1982 consummating the merger of the individual practices of Willis R. Hanes AIA and Thomas W. Menser AIA, each dating back to the 1960's. William Reseigh AIA, a valued member of the organization since the 1982 inception, became the managing principal in 1993 and his position is reflected in the firm now being known as HMR Architects AIA.HMR continues to maintain a general oriented practice which includes office buildings, business industrial centers as well as commercial, medical and residential developments. In addition, the fim has achieved expertise in a wide range of both new and rehabilitation projects involving space planning and tenant improvements for hospital, medical, retail and office building clients.
The staff has the full resources, including state-of-the-art computer aided design and drafting , to accomplish nearly any size project and is highly trained in both general and medical code interpretation, construction techniques and budget restraints.
