William Reseigh
AIA

Professional Profile

Mr. Reseigh received his BA degree from California Polytechnic University at Pomona in 1985 and his California license to practice as an Architect is 1990. He is a member of The Long Beach/South Bay Chapter, American Institute of Architects, Long Beach and was certified NCARB (National Council of Architecture Registration Boards) in 1995. Currently licensed in California, Arizona, Nevada, Colorado & Illinois

During his many years with the Hanes Menser firm he has become proficient in all phases of the architectural profession including cost conscious design, design development and project management for a wide variety of both private and public work. He has been instrumental in successfully integrating cost effective modular construction techniques into the design of hospital and medical facilities throughout California.

projects under Mr. Reseigh's direction include low and mid rise office and medical buildings, industrial, commercial and medical buildings, industrial, commercial and multi-family residential developments. His expertise in the complex field of space planning for hospital clients has produced a strong working relationship with O.S.H.P.D., the State of California's plan checking and approval agency.

As principal-in-charge, he is personally involved in client relations, design and production, and coordinates the activities of the project administrators and engineering consultants in both production management and scheduling.

Willis R. Hanes

Professional Profile

After receiving his architectural education at The University of Cincinnati, Mr. Hanes obtained his license in the State of California in 1964.

he is a charter member of the Cabrillo Chapter, American Institute of Architects and has held numerous offices including president in 1979 and State Director for the California Council AIA in 1981.

Mr. Hanes has 30 years of professional architectural experience, all in private practice, and has been totally involved in all size and type projects both public and private.

This personal involvement, coupled with his prior eight years experience as a principal in a design build firm has produced a unique respect for design and construction budget coordination. As marketing director, he is now directly involved on a project-to-project basis.

Mr. Hanes' professional related activities include: Cerritos College Advisory Board, City of Downey Design Review and Appeals Boards, Downey Community Hospital Foundation and YMCA Advisory Board.
